All new hair bookings require a colour match consultation with Rachael. If your desired colour, length and weight is not in stock we will order this in. It can take a round 7 days to arrive. A 50% deposit is required to order the hair. (deposit are none refundable).
Late cancelations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the booking.

Rachael specialises in many different Hair Extension methods ranging from her own self developed gentle braid technique for caucasian hair, LA Weave, Flat Track Weave & Nano Bond Hair Extensions. Rachael only uses premium quality Remy hair and is an offical Beautyworks stockist.

Made & Hand Tied Russian Hair Extensions
RW Hair Extensions uses 100% Real Russian Virgin hair. This is the best quality hair you can buy. Although Russian hair extensions cost more, the hair has never been chemically treated and can last up to 4 years depending on how you look after it. Russian hair extension prices vary due to different levels of colour, length and width of the weft. This hair is to be paid in full, takes up to 4 weeks to be made and consultation at our Rosebery Salon is required.
Return Policy
We do not offer refunds on any Hair Extension Purchases, exchanges may be offered if our supplier finds the hair extensions to be a bad batch and they haven’t been misused. The Hair must be removed and sent back for testing which can take up to four weeks. BeautyWorks hair is not guaranteed unless you use BeautyWorks Haircare products.Please ensure you purchase the Beautyworks after care to look after your extensions and keep them in the best condition possible.
